My older son has taken his and his siblings’ diamante writing to the next level. The word stickers on card stock are still fun, but the kids are enjoying the novelty of big brother taking them digital. He’s still working on adding features, but the app is functional.

Here are a few of our latest creations.

nature diamante poem, bear and bird

bear

seasons diamante poem, summer and winter

Indian summer 2012 leaping shadow

animal diamante poem, frog and fish

little bullfrog

yummy food diamante poem, ice cream and hot chocolate

Joel loves ice cream

yummy healthy food diamante poem, banana and apple

The app was a gift for my April birthday.

Click here for instructions on how to craft your own diamante. They’re at the end of the post.

Worshiping God by enjoying His creativity and employing ours!
